Site Selection Support

When you’re in the right locations, it’s nearly impossible to fail. We’ll make sure you find them. Through our partnership with Colliers International, you’ll have your own dedicated, local real estate rep—one who’s deeply familiar with your market and can easily determine the most profitable sites for the Wild Wing Brand. Already have specific locations in mind? Our real estate support team will work closely with you to ensure they meet our specific criteria, and will guide you through lease reviews and negotiations. Site selection has never been so easy.

Build Out Support

When it comes time to build your stores our construction team will walk you through the process, and our director of construction will visit several times to ensure contractors are executing the job properly and on time. You’ll also receive assistance in selecting vendors and contractors, planning design and layout, decorating and more.

Hiring Support

From the beginning, we’ve viewed restaurant staff—every person from the front-of-house host to the back-of-house dishwasher—as a big player in our path to success. So we invest a lot of time in helping you find the right people for your restaurants. When it comes time to hire, we’ll guide you on exactly how many people your specific locations will need and what qualities to look for when interviewing candidates.


Beginning months before the grand opening, you and your managers will participate in an intensive training program at the Wild Wing Cafe home office in Charleston, SC (Condé Nast Traveler’s #1 U.S. Destination). We’ll cover everything (and we do mean everything) you’ll need to know for successful operations.
