Building Your Wild Wing Franchise

Where your restaurants are located and how they’re built will be two of your biggest indicators of success. Our experienced team knows what makes the Wild Wing Cafe brand work and has put together detailed specifications for design, layout, décor and more. Little experience in site selection and development? Not to worry. Our specialists will guide you through the process to ensure your buildings meet every development requirement.

Trade Area

If you’re in a Southeast market with a minimum residential population of 30,000, a median household income of $60,000 and a large demographic between the ages of 21 and 59, there’s a good chance we’re looking to grow in your area. We’ve identified available markets that meet these requirements throughout Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C

As a Wild Wing Cafe franchisee, choosing a location is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. That’s why we’ve partnered with Colliers International to set very specific criterion for selecting sites. We’ll connect you with a local real estate rep who can help guide you to the best locations based on demographics, traffic patterns, competition and other factors. While site selection is based on the data specific to your market, we’ve found that virtually all restaurants do best in locations that:

  • Have a daytime population of 20,000 or more
  • Offer high visibility
  • Can accommodate development of at least 6,500 square feet as well as 90 or more parking spaces
  • Cater largely to families
  • Have good traffic flow

Build Out

Whether you’ll be building from the ground up or remodeling an existing structure, your restaurant will need to meet some specific construction requirements that have come to define each Wild Wing franchise. In addition to providing you with prototypical plans for design and layout, we have professional teams and approved vendors to assist with the everything from construction and remodeling to fixtures and décor.
