Wild Wing Cafe’s in-depth franchise training program involves a whole lot more than PowerPoints and classroom-style work. Your managers will spend as many as 13 weeks with experienced trainers who have been with Wild Wing Cafe from the start and know what works. And as the grand opening approaches, our support staff will be with you every step of the way.

Hiring Key Staff

First, we determine how many managers you’ll need based on factors such as size and location.

Manager Training

Next up is bringing your management staff to our corporate headquarters in beautiful Charleston, SC for in-depth classroom work and hands-on exercises in every aspect of the business, including:

  • Interviewing and Hiring
  • Marketing and Promotions
  • Food Preparation
  • Community Involvement
  • Employee Relations
  • Sanitation
  • Vendors
  • Restaurant Operations

On-Site Training

By now, your managers are ready to handle any situation, but that doesn’t mean we’ll leave you to go at the rest alone. We’ll send yet another training crew to guide your full staff through a two-week program and prepare them for the grand opening.

Grand Opening Guidance

As the big day approaches, our special opening team will be on location to provide all the help you need and get you ready for the weeks and months to come.

Post-Opening Support

Key members of your support team will stay on hand for another 12 to 14 days to answer questions and help with any issues as your staff transitions into a smooth day-to-day groove.
